Women's WORKS Exhibitor Information
EXHIBITOR MOVE-IN
Wednesday, October 13, 2010 - 7:30 to 9:00 a.m.
Register prior to set up. Table location and Women's WORKS information will be provided at time of
check-in.
EXHIBITOR HOURS
Wednesday, October 13, 2010 - 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
EXHIBITOR MOVE-OUT
Wednesday, October 13, 2010 - Between 12:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Exhibitors will not be allowed to breakdown (and move-out) before 12:00 p.m. All exhibitor materials must
be removed from the exhibit hall by 4:00 p.m. Note: MotorCity Hotel Casino & WBEC-Great Lakes are not
responsible for any items left beyond 4:00 p.m.
TABLE SPECS
Each exhibitor will receive one 6" x 30" skirted table, two opal side chairs, one wastebasket, and a tabletop identification sign.
APPROVED ITEMS FOR EXHIBITORS
WBEC-GL has approved the following items. All exhibitors are required to adhere to these guidelines.
-No floor displays will be allowed! Displays that fit on 6' table are approved.
-Booth signage will be provided. If you'd like to bring a banner or your own signage that fits in front of 6' table provided, that's okay.
-Bring only collateral materials (i.e., brochures, pamphlets, give-away items, etc.)
BOOTH STAFFING
WBEC-GL asks that your booth be attended at all times during exhibitor hours (Wednesday, October 13, 2010 - 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.)
RAFFLES & DRAWINGS
There will be no announcements made for exhibitor raffles & drawings. If you want to have raffles &
drawings, please use business cards to notify winners the next business day.
BALLOONS
No helium balloons are allowed inside Arlington Convention Center Exhibit Hall.

Free Parking & free valet parking is available at MotorCity Casino Hotel.
ELECTRICAL SERVICE
Is not available for exhibitors.
